Recently, We found a bug in the time unit of timer type metric. In the previous implementation, the time unit of timer type metrics is nanoseconds which is not correct. The time unit of Timer type metric with a suffix `seconds` should be second. So we correct this bug. This bug influence the Grafana Dashboard. All details in PR: 1. In 1.0 branch: https://github.com/apache/iotdb/pull/8775 Besides, This change not influence 1.0.1 version, but influence master branch and rel/1.0 branch.
