Build issues on GitHub Actions

Hi all,

So, it seems that building the CPP parts is currently failing on GitHub 
Actions, as the pre-compiled thrift executables seems to have been compiled on 
MacOS 13 however the GitHub Actions runners are still on MacOS 12.
