Hi all, The table model for IoTDB has been under development in the development branch for nearly half a year, and the content of the table model V1 is almost complete. We plan to merge it into the master branch today in this pr[1], which means that the way we submit PRs will undergo some changes. Since the table model is a major feature that will continue to iterate, we will checkout the rc/1.3.3 branch as a long-term maintenance stable branch for IoTDB. Subsequently, everyone's PR should be handled as follows:
1. If it is needed to be released in the 1.3.X version, it is necessary to submit two PRs to the IoTDB rc/1.3 and master branches. a. If there are also changes to the tsfile repository, it is also necessary to submit two PRs to the tsfile rc/1.1 and develop branches. 2. If it is not needed to be released in the 1.3.X version, only a PR to the iotdb master branch is needed. a. If there are also changes to the tsfile repository, only one PR to the tsfile develop branch is needed. More details about the table model roadmap can be seen in [2].
