Here’s the update about our work at Timecho on IoTDB in the past 2 weeks:

- Fixed IoTV2 DAL file handle leak issue
- Fixed excessive number of compression ratio files
- Optimized IoTV2 to use a global thread pool
- Added SSL support between cluster nodes
- Fixed issues where ShowRegions compression ratio could be negative during
migration and did not retain two decimal places
- Reduced Pipe logs and lowered the number of TsFile locks
- Restored RPC thread names after Pipe receiver exits
- Fixed issues related to streaming memtable scan
- Optimized Load: when too many time partitions are crossed, switch to
writing with Tablet
- Changed MQTT default thread count to half the number of CPU cores
- Improved error messages when a table does not exist
- Optimized TTL calculation for table-mode devices during compaction
- Optimized Pipe cache size adjustment control
- Fixed NPE issue with CLEAR CACHE ON LOCAL
- Fixed issue where compression ratio files were not migrated during Region
migration
- Fixed PipeMetaList placeholder handling and prevented empty shutdown
reports
- Fixed Pipe receiver state handling logs and prevented potential
dataNodeDeviceCache calls
- Fixed connection timeout issue where returning connections to the pool
while still in ClientManager caused exceptions

[Calls for Community Participation]
- Table mode adaptation for Telegraf, DataEase, Grafana, DataX, SeaTunnel
and ThingsBoard.
