Most of the benefits of the junit viewer are actually provided by the
WrapperFactory, a component of the progmodel-wrapper.
So, for those using the junit viewer, we could support it mostly just by moving
wrapper into core.
Rather than characterizing this component as a "progmodel", it is really a
service. As such, the WrapperFactory interface can move to live in a
subpackage of the applib's org.apache.isis.applib.service package.
