Description:
As per this mailing thread [1], support an optional UserProfileService that
allows the username on the tertiary menu to be overridden.
Also, the service should provide an image or o.a.isis.applib.value.Blob which
contains the user's avatar.

(Occurs to me that this service might also, later on, provide an image or
o.a.isis.applib.value.Blob which contains the user's avatar).
