ISIS-1153: minor refactorings on DataNucleusApplicationComponents; reverting
CreateSchemaObjectFromClassMetadata to instead go back to creating own
connection rather than through PMF
for CreateSchemaObjectFromClassMetadata, when run against SQL Server at least,
the "create schema" command didn't seem to do anything...
