I'd like to have the ability to disable/hide and even replace certain elements
from the wicket viewer.
For example ability to hide bookmarks panel through configs.
Ability to hide breadcrumbs, Powered By section and Theme chooser.
Also as a consequence, if I'm able to hide those elements, it would be good if
I'm able to replace the whole footer with a custom one.
I saw how to replace UI components, but couln't see a way to replace footer
elements.
