ISIS-1782: reinstates IsisSystemForTest as was, no longer generify IsisSystem,
introduce new AppManifest2.BuilderWrappingModuleAbstract
.. to ensure that a builder created from a ModuleAbstract can nevertheless
still additionally allow authMechanism and fixtures, as well as additional
modules/services, to be specified if required
