ISIS-1748: updates simpleapp and helloworld to run under Eclipse.
Also:
- updates the docs to set up Eclipse IDE correctly.
- per ISIS-1804, folds the config of isis-mavendeps-intellij into
isis-mavendeps-webapp, and adds in similar configuration for Eclipse
