To summarize:
Class-loading issues only occurred, when redeploying a web-app within a running
JEE container that has a setup of shared libraries (thin-war deployment).
This issues seem to be fixed as of DN 5.1.5, where we reinstated a feature that
was already present in DN 4: This feature allows programmatic purging of any
remaining state within DN's context.
We now utilize this 'purging-state' feature in Isis' life-cycling, such that it
should work for both DN-4 and 5.
