ISIS-2126 moving non referenced classes to 'legacy'
- also further aligning 'metamodel' package names
- moving ThreadPoolSupport 'metamodel' -> 'commons'
- moving Oid related Exceptions -> o.a.i.metamodel.adapter.oid
