*EntityModel*: I seems we can shortcut the pending *ObjectMemento* creation if
a memento is already existent with the pending model's *EntityModel*.
If not we detect whether the pending object model is representing a scalar or
non-scalar, and use the appropriate *ObjectMemento* factories accordingly.
