I'm having troubles getting a web-app project to bootstrap correctly on Payara.
The app just won't pickup the configuration properties as given by
application.yml file. Everything worked great till Spring Boot 2.2.6, but
breaks with Spring Boot 2.3.0.
We might revert to Spring Boot 2.2.6 or 2.2.7 for now, as I have no other
solution.
