Description:
If an entity has a LayoutFacetMethod then a table displaying a collection of
this type is reverting to the default system layout xml if no default layout
xml is provided for this type.
The idea would be to enhance the validator to warn (or enforce?) when there is
no defined default view for entities that have a LayoutFacet.
