Fix For: 2.0.0-M6
Fail validation if @Property @Action @Collection and their layout counterparts
appear on both type and method level. It must be either one or the other (old
or new programming style).
However, mixing these styles should be allowed, as there is no ambiguity in
interpreting the meta-model.
