Description:
Predicate org.apache.isis.applib.Identifier.matchesCommand(Command) fails to
match, when the action is mixed in.
e.g when the Command's memberId is "Employment#bookLeave", and the
objectMember.getFeatureIdentifier() is "Employment_bookLeave#act"
