ISIS-2911: multiple fixes
- ManagedObject packing no longer looses memoized bookmarks; this is
especially relevant for multi-choice providers that pack bookmarked
entities, where whn unpacking, we must not loose bookmarks
- installs an ajax request listener, to intercept ajax requests that
render a JAXB rooted viewmodel; on interception we reload the viewmodel
from its memoized bookmark, such that all its contained entities (if
any) end up attached to the persistence layer, for the duration of the
AJAX request cycle
