Did 30 runs of `mvn test` on runtimeservices, yet failing to reproduce. So
seems to occur rather rarely. Code inspection shows that there seems to be a
chance that the MM is modified, while running the validation phase. Might be an
issue specific to concurrent testing, but I'm not sure.
