Can be reproduced when updating an already persisted entity, that extends one
of OnUpdatedBy or OnUpdatedAt.
Did not surface with regression-test
org.apache.isis.testdomain.timestamping.jdo.JdoTimestampingTest because, it did
not test a persisted entity only a transient one.
