Polish some of the internal utilities and perhaps promote to GA.
Candidates are
* _Strings
* _Bytes
* _Files
* _Xml
* _Yaml
* _Json
... etc.
The leading underscore scheme was introduced to signify 'internal', but we
could repurpose that to 'utility', so not necessarily 'internal'. As an
alternative we could use a 'Causeway' or "Cw' prefix.
