Description: one option is a roll call, but I also saw a discussion on
[[email protected]|mailto:[email protected]] which suggested that emeritus is
actually a "thing". (was: ask [[email protected]|mailto:[email protected]] if we
can do a PMC roll-call , re-establish members. )
