I finally managed to put together the 1.3 release plan although I've been working towards the release already for a while. So, here goes...
One thing I totally forgot... I'd like to promote the classloader subproject from contrib into a release component to be included already in this 1.3 release. The classloader component is already stable and I see no reasons why it needs to remain in contrib. BR, Jukka Zitting
