Fix Version/s: 1.4
Use resource filtering in jackrabbit-core and ${pom.version} as the value for
'jcr.repository.version' in repository.properties.
At the same time I also changed the repository vendor URL to
jackrabbit.apache.org (used to be www.apache.org).
