The infra team has enabled GeoDNS on svn.apache.org so everyone in
Europe will automatically be directed to use the svn.eu.apache.org
mirror. This should be mostly transparent to users, but please contact
infrastructure@ if you encounter some glitches in the next few weeks.

If you're already using the svn.eu.apache.org mirror, you can (should)
switch back to svn.apache.org with the following command:
svn switch --relocate https://svn.eu.apache.org/ https://svn.apache.org/
