re: CNDs; the problem is that the parsing per se is not repository (i.e. 
namespace) dependent. therefor it makes sense to place them in the
spi. i just want to avoid to have duplicated code - but of course we can move 
them to jcr-commons and do the name/value conversion in the SPI.
