Copying data from inputStream to OuputStream needs appropriate buffer size

The buffer size is fixed as 8192.
To copy 10M data with 8192-byte buffer it takes 98,905,252 nano-second, while
it takes 37,642,842 nano-second with a 81920-byte buffer
We need to find an appropriate buffer size based on the size of the InputStream.
