OracleFileSystem, OraclePersistenceManager and OracleDatabaseJournal already
provide a tableSpace parameter to customize the DDL, but the same tablespace is
used for both tables and indexes. It is common place to use distinct
tablespaces for these. Jackrabbit could provide support for this.
