was going over the second and third hop sample with one of our new guys
- noticed the login privileges don't work anymore at least if they are
run against the standalone jar. Looks like before there was no default
security manager, now there is one with the admin and anonymous user.
Since the example uses 'username', 'password' to log in this does not
work well :-) Changing them to admin/admin works fine. Would probably be
a good idea to update the doc or disable the default security manager
again, right?
