The files attached. No other files affected, you extract it in core source and
compile it. A sample (and working) repository is attached.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

You have to set the firebird PAGESIZE to 16384, beacause the maximal index
record size is the PAGESIZE/4 and some index uses 2048 + 255 size.
