    Description: 
the DocViewSAXFormatter has a special handling for {{jcr:xmltext}}. It will 
inline the characters in the .content.xml tags, similar to the JCR docview 
format. The deserialization in vault was never implemented and is not used. we 
will remove the special treatment.

Serializing a node structure that has {{jcr:xmltext}} nodes, are transformed 
into xml-text instead of elements in the .content.xml:
