moving to (=requiring) Java 8 (JCR-4112)

Hi there,

now that Oak trunk has moved to Java 8 (OAK-5664), I'd like to do the 
same change over here in Jackrabbit.

Please raise concerns (if any) ASAP; I'm planning to make this change 
later next week.
