Currently both goals are just ignored during the incremental build of m2e.
Instead they should be made compatible according to
http://www.eclipse.org/m2e/documentation/m2e-making-maven-plugins-compat.html
and enabled even in incremental builds (that way the issues are easier to fix
within Eclipse).
