Review Comment:
   In here 8b0d18398f1345269d1eb7ec1d638ff6fe5cb40a I added a test to validate 
that the ES request is being created correctly with the settings that are 
configurable. I'm not testing the settings that are hardcoded in the request 
creation, like shingles, as they cannot be configured.
