Hi, Who is JIRA project admin for https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/JCRSITE/? I cannot assign issue to myself. Can we use the same permission scheme there as for https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/JCR/permissions (i.e. grant all PMC automatically the project administration role and every committer the assign issues role)? Who is able to configure https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/JCRSITE/summary?
