Description: The {{ValidationContext}} implementations in
https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-filevault-package-maven-plugin/tree/master/src/main/java/org/apache/jackrabbit/filevault/maven/packaging/validator/impl/context
are useful for other clients than the Maven plugin (SLING-10866) and should
therefore be moved to the FileVault Validation module and exported. (was: The
