The parameter {{aggregate}} which is still used in
https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit/blob/f0d1c092f21c1f9e539cceb6231ca182f514e9ff/jackrabbit-parent/pom.xml#L206
has been removed long time ago
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MJAVADOC-457) and is no longer
evaluated. Instead one needs to call dedicated aggregate goals to create
aggregate javadocs.
