Here are the minimum Java Version for the Jakarta Specs. I think we should
first define the Jakarta Platform we would like to switch.
* Jakarta EE Platform 11 -> *Java SE 17 or higher*
* Jakarta EE Platform 10 -> *Java SE 11 or higher*
* Jakarta EE Platform 9 -> {*}Java SE 8 or higher{*}{*}{*}
[~cziegeler] i see it the same way. I think we should make a hard cut here.
