Sorry for being vague in my comment.
Function wise, and color scheme wise, I agree that it is very nice
(Thank you very much for doing this). And I agree with Liz that the
content is on top of the list to do.
The layout is what I am talking about. Namely:
* I think it should utilize the full screen. I know it is a lot
easier to write style sheet to fixed width. But whenever a web page
occupy only one-third of my screen and at the same time I have to keep
scrolling to read, I feel that I am back to the time reading webpage
on a 15" screen (and that was 10 years ago).
* I don't think it should be a small fixed font. Maybe because my
eyesight is bad.
Here are two website that I think have done a good job controlling the
width and font:
* http://www.jamesshore.com
* http://rspec.rubyforge.org/ (Small font too, though)
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Shane

I think it looks nice.
It's simple and direct. It's obvious and easy to use. Can't claim that
it's a work of art, but it looks quite usable and functional. I like it's
clean look.
I did note some broken links, but those are easily fixed.
In what ways does it look bad?
Do you want more graphics and dynamic content?
Would you like to provide the HTML?
I don't wish to attack or criticize, but if it's unreasonably "bad," I would
really like to hear constructive suggestions about what could be done to
make it better.

Sorry... Guess I should have said to pay attention to how wide the window is
and how narrow the web page is.
It looks, for lack of better words, bad.
