Added jbehave-ant module that mirrors jbehave-maven-plugin.
ScenarioClassLoader has been moved to jbehave-core, as it's agnostic of any
integration layer.
The Ant classpath elements are obtained from the
CommandlineJava#createClasspath(Project).
