AbstractSeleniumSteps does not extend Steps anymore. Removed deprecated
methods.
Separated configuration from steps, now that steps are POJOs. Only
actual dependencies used by steps, e.g. Selenium, should be injected.
Renamed Selenium steps classes to be more consistent with hierarchy
conventions.
Made all dependencies of SeleniumSteps injectable. Refactored
SeleniumConfiguration to use builder paradigm, like configuration. Added
SeleniumPage as based class of Selenium-based page objects.
