@demobox, rebased and addressed your comments. @Kentzo, @shevchenator, the *testListSubscriptionsCalculator* is still failing. I've been trying to fix it without success. Reading the [v2 api documentation](https://lvs.cloudsigma.com/docs/subscriptions.html#calculator), it seems that the method should be a POST (apparently this is something that has changed in the server side, as the test passed before). I've changed that, but the request is still failing, I suppose because it is missing the appropriate body.
I've not been able to figure out how should the subscription calculator requests look like, as there is no example in the docs. Could you give me some hint? I'd like to get all live tests fixed again in this PR. We can raise a JIRA issue for the test and continue, though.
