How do we get rid of those archetypes permanently?
Pull request to remove them? I don't think anything else depends on them.
Having said that, this is probably a good time to talk about how we
feel people *should* start implementing a new provider. Is our current
"copy-paste" recommendation user-friendly enough?
I know you had created a doc for that, Everett [1]. Building that doc
out as part of this discussion would seem to be a useful way forward?
