On 10th April from 12am-6am UTC we will restart DEV@cloud customer
instances to apply changes critical to the stability and security of
your service.
During this window your instance will become temporarily unavailable as
it is restarted. We do not expect individual instances to be impacted
for more than 45 minutes.
