In order to clone, 'incubator-' must be prepended to the repo names: (https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-jclouds-chef.git, etc)
I've just validated jclouds-chef and jclouds-labs with a recursive diff:
diff -a -q -r oldrepo newrepo
Will validate the rest of the repos in a while.
