Not really - most of them are scattered about the test suite (given I
wrote the originals) but my working copy of the combined suite from W3C CVS.

There is no packaging of the tests in a comvenient downlaod currently -
you should complain to the WG about that. The chairs plan to skip full
CR (in the interests of time) as there are sufficient implementations
from within the WG. I, personally, think there is social/community
value to CR and soliciting test results from the outside the WG.
If necessary I can package them for you but I'm loath to promise to keep
it up-to-date as the suite is still being tweaked.
