Yes - OptFilterEquality checks correctness (optimization is in
TestFilterTransform) but we need tests in this part of the suite
1/ to get proper coverage of all the case you want considered.
2/ to ensure optimization does not change results.
So they are "necessary" tests - not "sufficient" tests.
They are short scripted tests using the SPARQL-WG manifest format (not in java).
