As there is only one such slave, and it's not the most reliable of slaves, the job only runs occasionally. "occasionally" is currently once a day to check svn for changes; this might have to be tuned a bit.

Now that the test suite is fixed so it runs on Windows (inc yet another
fix for non-deletable mmap files ...), I've experimentally added a
Jenkins job to run the test suite on the windows Jenkins slave.
