I have the HttpQuery refactoring essentially done, this required a little more
refactoring of HttpOp since controlling timeouts requires manipulating
HttpClient parameters.
Btw it may be useful to provide a default set of HttpClientParameters that can
be modified on a global level.
I've added some additional tests for HTTP auth that verify that the revised
framework does work as expected and will be checking these in with my latest
changes shortly.
