Lewis - why did it stall? The 4.2.1 artifacts are in maven central.
Maybe we should bump to 4.3.1 anyway because this module has not formally been
released so starting from the current release seems good.
We then have the wonders of {{org.apache.lucene.util.Version}} to deal with for
the future (it copes bug fixes and file formats together).
